"Not worth the cheap price"

The only good thing about the hotel was the location. It was close to where I needed to be to visit some family members.

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in to check in. The woman who checked me in barely gave me any instructions whatsoever. I had no idea what the Wi-Fi password was or what time breakfast was or even where it was located. I was also charged a $50 deposit fee That was supposed to be refundable but as of today that charge went through in my bank account so I'd imagine they're doing this to all their customers. I absolutely will not pay any type of deposit fee. Our room was filthy and had a total of four flat pillows with dirty linens that had holes and stains. The floors were dirty. They had broken pretzel pieces on them. There were hairs in our bed and in the bathroom. The toilet was dirty.

It was a very clean. The beds we’re discussing. Also, the breakfast that comes with it is a waffle and maybe one or two things of yogurt :( should not say they offer Continental breakfast the worst I’ve seen so far

"We didn’t stay we went into the room and decided to go somewhere else."

The front desk staff was super friendly and understanding

It was dirty. The room we were placed in had cigarette burns in the comforters and furniture, the sheets had pet hair on them, floor had crumbs and the curtains had crusty stuff like food all over them.
