I enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was too cold and too loud with the kids even pass 9am. The motor on the hot tub was whining so loud. Definitely needs addressed.

The room was filthy, the beds were not made they used the dirty linens from the person that had the room before me when they did come to fix the beds. Staff at the front desk were extremely rude and made me and my family feel very uncomfortable. To the point my seven year old asked why was the lady being mean. Very unwelcoming. The hallways smelled like nothing but smoke from cigarettes and marijuana. There were no trashcan liners in the trashcan. Television picture was dark and hard to see. The environment felt very unsettling, when walking down to the front desk it felt like walking in a unsafe environment almost the feeling as if "what am i going to see next", felt like a hotel for junkies ,could not relax at all. I asked for two rooms they told me that they didnt have the second room for me and my family. The swimming pool was supposed to be free when I wanted to go for a swim they told me that I had to pay to swim. It seemed like they just kept picking when I told them I felt very unwelcome, and that they were very rude They kept saying thati can leave , I dont have to stay, and that I can get my full refund back if I choose not to stay. So my family and I left, they did not give me my refund. It was the most terrible, uncomfortable, unsettling, dirty, scary experience that i have ever had,very unwelcoming ,very unprofessional, very rude, very dirty place.

Jacuzzi in room

The room still had trash from the previous guest. We had a jacuzzi room the room came with 2 bath towels, we asked for extra towels so we could have clean ones for the shower. We were told no that even with the jacuzzi 2 towels was all we needed. We were given 1 extra bath mat.

The price

Housekeepers can do a better job cleaning, furniture is dated, bed spreads needs to be cleaned and curtains need to be replaced. All and all need updating. Morning breakfast ends at 10a by 9a they were out of waffles. Live in staff just walking back and forth all night slamming doors talking loud.
