Had to pay again. they did not accept the reservation through CheapTickets. Cheap tickets charge me one price the hotel charge me again and a much higher price so I paid twice

The hotel is in terrible condition in a very bad area of town. I stayed 30 minutes and had to check out for safety reasons. This hotel should not even be available on Expedia. I tried to reach costumer service by phone to get my money back. after several hours on the phone I could never reach anyone. I should be refunded the money for this dump since it was not even good enough to spend one night. Please refund my card $94.77 ASAP.

"Hell in 10 hours"

The maid walked in at 9 am, no knock, just busted in while I was standing there naked, almost got attacked by my dog, in room phone wasn't working so yeah. Was not fun. Whole place smells like weed and cigarettes. People were knocking on doors all night, woman who were not guests were there for 30 min at multiple rooms, then leaving. 🙄. We all know what that means. Not family friendly, nor will i be returning.

I book this room after 12 am and rhey told me that i couldnt stay so I DIDNT NOT GET TO STAY AND EVERY TIME I TRY TO CALL HOTELS THEY HANG UP ON ME AND NOBODY CAN GIVE ME NO ANSWERS.

The room was dirty I paid online and they made me pay cash on site saying my card couldn't be charged because it didn't have my name on it yet the money was taken off my card. The pictures and discription were not of the room they gave me. They told me money would drop on my card and I still haven't received it!! I had to pay extra for my 2 year old daught plus a deposit. When I confronted them about the room the deny everything even after showing the reservation I made on here!! Never again

"Bad place"

Dirty sheets, towels, etc. Holes in the wall in bathroom. No person on reseption. Very used rooms.
