the blanket on the bed was 50% shredded with holes in it. there was a crushed up oreo cookie between the bed and the nightstand

Poor customer service

The bathroom hadnt been cleaned in a long time. Towels smelled, shower head is gross looking and no hand rails. I booked a king bed handicapped accessible and was told when I checked in thst they didn't have a kibg bed and would I be ok with 2 queens. I said yes but was given a regular room - not handicapped accessible.

This hotel is being remodeled. There were no remodeled rooms available. The room was in less than satisfactory condition. If I had not pre-paid, we would not have stayed. Very dissatisfied!

The site is being remodeled, so it was a bit of a mess. It was just a place to stay where I could take my cats.

Hotel was clean, staff was good, iron and hair dryer in the room which was helpful, spacious room, sheets were clean but a bit smelly. Breakfast was ok. you get to do your own waffle. had fruits and yoghurt. coffee machine and pods in the room. Was good value for the money

Omg! Where did I start??? The hotel is currently being renovated. When we arrived the fire alarms were going off as well as the sprinkler system. Our 1st room did not have power, so they put us in a second d room- again, no power. 3rd room- seemed ok- but toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and all the water came out black!! Apparently, when they turned the water off- it caused sediment- so finally we got into a 4th room- which was ok- but smelled really bad- we had to run to Target and get an air freshener. We were woken up at 8 am by the construction workers banging and drilling above us. I was so happy to check out!!!!
