Staff was nice..

I was really looking forward to this stay, especially given the hotel's rating above 6 stars, but it fell far short of expectations. The property has a clear vintage feel, but not in a charming way. There is no elevator to the second floor—only long flights of stairs. Dragging luggage up and down not a great situation. The room furnishing, bathroom amenities were either broken or completely missing, which made basic daily routines frustrating. Breakfast was another major letdown. The waffle machine was broken (with no apparent effort to fix or replace it). The eggs came from a carton and tasted artificial. The sausage was extremely dried out and tough. Safer choices were limited to yogurt, apples, boiled eggs, and a basic selection of bread, bagels, and toast.Bathroom amenities are either broken or missing. Not sure why this place is above 6 stars. Very disappointed

The staff was top tiered. They were very professional and informative. They have homemade cookies provided for the guest. They have breakfast. The rooms and common areas were clean.

There isn't any elevators.

Staff friendly and very helpful, room was clean and nice, had a fridge etc.

No elevator for the second floor so you have to carry your suitcase up stairs. Hall and stairs are not vacuumed.

Very friendly staff, good water pressure

Ran out of some of the breakfast food one day, ran out of plates and utensils the next day.

There was no sign on the building. They have a parking lot for commercial trucks. It was clean. The breakfast was adequate.
