Bathroom full of people hair not clean

Just the cleaners of the room floor sticky bathroom tob have a lot of hair

The staff were terrific and friendly!

It's an older, non-updated hotlel.

The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, which made check-in easy, and the bed itself was comfortable enough for sleeping. Those were probably the only positive aspects of the stay.

Unfortunately, the rest was quite disappointing. The hotel feels very old, and the towels were gray and clearly overwashed. The location is a major issue: the hotel is right next to a highway, and our room windows faced a fence above it, so heavy trucks were literally passing all night long and it was extremely noisy. On top of that, someone was loudly talking in the corridor in the middle of the night, and the sound insulation is so poor that everything can be heard. In the morning, around 9 a.m., staff started knocking aggressively on the door despite checkout being at 11 a.m., which was confusing and unpleasant.

Staff was nice and friendly.

Metal bars hanging out the bottom of the bed that would destroy ankles and legs. Found a sock from the previous customers. Back of remote was completely missing. It is next to a freeway so it was quite loud at night.

Staff gave a great recommendation for a restaurant for dinner that wasn't on the printed list at the reception desk.

Common areas needed vacuuming, floors in the room needed mopping (sticky to walk on). Breakfast area was very small and only seated a few people at a time so we had to wait a while.

Bed was clean. The check-in process was easy. Ice machine was convenient. Most of the staff was friendly.

Room was out dated. TV was out dated. Breakfast was lower tier. The room had dirty walls and hair in the bathroom. Weird smell in the hotel and rooms. King Size bed could have been more comfortable.
