The attendent did his best, i guess

The attendent couldn't see our reservation on booking.com on his side. Although i showed him my app which showed paid and ready for check in it took us an hour to get a real agent from booking on the line to confirm were good. Then we still werent allowed to have a room, we would of had to rebook with them and wait 7 days for the refund from booking.com. It was at 1 am and both my children were exhausted. One fell asleep on the couch in the front. Would have made the most sense to put us into a room then figured it out on his side since i had all the information, numbers and it showed it was paid in full and non refundable. They def already had my money. The guy did his best but the lobby smelled of strong curry. Looked clean though from what we saw. And no hot breakfast.

Did not stay there after seeing the the condition of the property! I actually went to another Quality inn! Their number is 270-527-5300! I would appreciate a refund and you may call the number listed above !

Very nasty!

Convenient location Decent breakfast. We had bagels & waffles.

The room had a strong perfume smell that gave me a headache. The hall also had an odd smell. The front desk did provide air freshener when asked and it helped.

It was a good location. Breakfast area was clean. Staff was very nice

Beds were so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. Checked the bed for bed bugs (I always do this when staying somewhere) and the mattress was so gross. I DIDN'T find any bugs. I felt like the room could have been cleaned better.

The hotel is next to a casino. There was plenty of boat parking. The room was cold and the water was hot which was nice.

The pictures online are not accurate. The pictures they use are of an upgraded room. We did not get this room. We had old carpet (gross) and grey bedding (there's white bedding in the pictures online). The lobby and the rooms stink so bad. Besides the room quality, the staff accused us of not paying for an extra night. They later admitted that they had made a mistake and their employee booked our room for the wrong night. Mistakes happen and I understand. However, the employee that presented the issue to us was very accusatory even after I explained the room was paid for and offered to send bank statements.
