Friendly staff, but my bathroom in particular wasn’t the cleanest. There was hair in the bathtub and the counter wasn’t scrubbed very well. Overall it was a fine experience, but not my best.

It was at least something, but nothing to brag about.

We were not told at check in about the maid service. We stayed for two nights and had to get our own new towels & wash clothes at the start of our second night. This meant of course dirty towels left on bathroom floor and no waste baskets emptied from day one.
