Coratel Inn & Suites by Jasper New Richmond

I liked the location and the staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful.

The room smelled like mold. There was dust garbage and even a bowl with cereal or something that was under a bed and was obviously there for several days. Insects were crawling in it, there was a dirty sock and plastic ware under the bed as well.

Room was very nice.

The breakfast was very minimal. For example, no cups were provided. Only two kinds of cereal were available.

Overbooked, dirty rooms, attendant was checking people in to completely unhousekept rooms. Ours was faked cleaned. Stains on sheets, pills on floor, trash on floor, not wiped down etc

I walked in around 4:30pm (checkout at 3pm) and overheard the man helping customers tell everyone that rooms were not ready or cleaned. which is crazy because check out was at 11am. It took them over an hour to come and clean our room. The man said he would give me a partial refund but this hotel is still overpriced. pictures are misleading

At check in all of the hotel rooms were dirty, we cleaned our own room, did not have towels or toilet paper, and the man at the front desk was clearly stressed out

The night stand hadn't been wiped off at all. There was visible spillage on it. The bathroom had visible urine on the base of the toilet. There was lots of dirt behind the bathroom door and there was something that looked like coffee on the shower wall. Besides the price, this room was awful
