Randomly selected to pay a deposit (maybe bc I’m African American) said deposit took nearly 20 mins for them to physically go check the room before they would release the funds when another patron was able to just turn in her keys and leave, indicating they didn’t make her pay a deposit. First room I checked into there was no tv so we were switched to another room where the bathroom door had literally holes in it and there was hair in the bathtub as well. Also the luggage carts need to be serviced as the wheels on both carts are worn and falling off the rims and do not have air in them which makes it super difficult to push luggage. The jacuzzi was broken which is a bummer the breakfast was subpar with a very limited selection and there was only one elevator working and there are exposed wires in the top of the elevator that are within reach which is a huge hazard
USThe staff was super friendly and the place was very clean.
I don't need much breakfast but having fresh fruit or yogurt options would be nice. Also it would be nice if coffee was available regularly to guests considering there are not coffee/tea makers in the rooms. Also I am aware that some renovations are taking place but for guest safety it would be nice if exit/ entry doors other than front desk area were fixed so that only guests were able to enter those areas. If I had been alone I would not have felt safe.
