1. The attitude at the counter was always jaded. 2. I requested a room one ground floor due to mobility issues, and got a room on the 4th floor with a door that required you heave into it to open or close it. 3. That door was poorly repaired after having been obviously forced. 4. It rained while we were there and there was a leak at the entrance of our room. 5. We informed the front desk and they merely told us they would inform maintenance about it. 6. The maintenance guy barged in unannounced to find by then the ceiling with obvious previous repair had dried up. 7. The exterior doors either did not close or had no handle to open them when the key card worked. 8. The breakfast was all carbs, the yogurt was hidden and the juice dispenser was improperly connected to water so dispensed juice concentrate.
I used time at this location for recovery. I stayed close to my family members just in case they wanted to visit. Everything went well and plan on returning soon.
