Great place.

Check in went great and the dark haired lady was amazing and even took time to tell me about restaurants around the area! I only have one negative thing to say about my stay! I went to eat their complementary breakfast, I started to make a waffle and couldn’t see the plates. There was another couple in there and they were standing next to me blocking my view. I happened to ask the lady behind the counter if there was any plates, she commented beside the microwave and rolled her eyes and went into hiding into the back! I thought that was very rude!! Also the plates were hidden in back of the forks and knives, and I wasn’t the only one who didn’t see them! Besides that one rude employee, my stay was very good. Next time please put the plates in front of the forks and knives that way everyone can see them, and Ms. Rude won’t have to hide or roll her eyes!!

Booked a smoking room and was given a non, then told non where available. Stains on the walls, spider webs in bathroom and no vent so got so steamy. Also ac smelt horrible.

I didn’t like the fact that the short lady with purple hair had the nerve to smirk with a little laugh when I told her my living situation. That was very unprofessional and uncalled for. Other than that staff was nice and the Lady named Amber is a very good and hard worker. She really cleans and you can tell she cares about her job. Great employee to have.

This property is very much in need of an update! We didn't dare walk across the room floor without shoes as carpet is far in need of replacing (sticky and worn), bed springs are audibly well worn (no way to get out of the bed without waking others in the room). Upon arrival one of our rooms needed the sheets changed due to being dirty, and if you stay on the first floor, you may have a non-smoking room but the hallway reeks of cigarette smoke. Thankfully we were given a first floor room as there is no elevator for the second floor. We travelled for a graduation so we couldn't be choosy, no rooms were left in Lynchburg when we made plans, lesson learned!

Don, who greeted us at the front desk, was excellent!! The best check experience I’ve had in years! He was so helpful in places to eat nearby, explained breakfast procedures, and when I brought to his attention an issue with one of our outlets not working, he immediately made a note for the maintenance staf! Thanks Don!!

Staff were nice & helpful. However, the hotel & rooms very outdated and ‘run down.’ Facility not kept up.

The other people hanging out in parking lot nightly gave a negative and unsafe impression. I was glad I had my husband traveling with me! When you walk into the hallway and your room you are hit with a horrible smell of stale smoke which was terrible. I was glad my kids weren't with us and did3hace to breathe it in the few days we stayed there. The bathroom and sheets appeared clean thankfully and staff was decent at check in snd checkout. The basic free breakfast was average. The coffee was not good and there was no hot water for tea bags I brought.
