"The bed was not only NOT changed it was not even looked at......"

DO NOT STAY HERE! THE WORST experience ever with lodging. I stayed here on July 28, 2025 for one night. Check in was fine and the clerk was very nice. My friends and I used the lobby to eat dinner before going to bed. I am a night owl and I was up late as usual and then upon getting reaedy to go to bed this happend. When i pulled the covers back on my bed there was change YES change in the bed .35 AND hair, LONG hairs AND other things i cannot identify. I have pictures. How does a house keeper NOT SEE change on the bed except they didn’t even bother to look from the previous guest which means they didn’t change the linen OR EVEN look at it. It was disgusting. The desk clerk when i reported it could not care-less. Not one bit. I asked for the manager she was not there and I was told by the desk clerk that the manager will probably not call you…but you can call her. Well I did call repeatedly the next day but the manager was NEVER there. Needless to say I slep ON TOP of the bed in my clothes. I never was able to speak to the manager. Sleep somewhere else.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The liberty station restaurant was wonderful and close by. An easy drive. Easy parking. The hallway where our room was could have been a little cleaner.
