Very nice and clean

Just needed a weekend getaway alone as my line of work takes off hard in the spring i just needed a weekend away and this hotel took great care of this need! As well as the staff and grounds were very attentive and clean highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

was checked in by the indian broad everything was fine for the first 2 night an then the manager if thats who she was old white lady was just rude as heck from the start never greeted with a hi just a uhh what room are u an told me i couldnt be there with my husband on his work trip i said ok went about my business then they locked me out the room but the same manager broad re did my key never saying anything to me again . Me an my husband leave to go for dinner about 530pm when the indian broad told me i had to leave because her scary unprofessional manager said i couldnt be there mind u were 5 hours from home while its snowing so we decided to just check out she wouldnt even let me back in to get my belongings now at this point im mad because why the manager never approached me an told me to leave an why wait till we are walking out to dinner to say something its almost if we never came down they wouldnt have said anything an why they kept approaching me an not my husband when his name was on the reservation finally we got our stuff an left to a better hotel with better customer service there so lucky i had to keep my composure because how i was treated an kicked out not allowed back in for no reason was crazy mind the business that pays ur old funky self instead of in someone elses business just all around bad horrible experience now we know to book our own hotel from now on

First, I was not happy about taking the time to pre-check in on the website and having to repeat the process at the hotel. The young man said he was told they still had to do a regular check-in, even if done online. Second, so many smokers stay at the hotel, the entrance and hallways smell really heavy of cigarette smoke. Not good for people like me who have asthma and chose nonsmoking facilities. Third, the furniture is showing wear, office chair was stained, toilet runs, a broken sink stopper, and the big wall pictures were dusty. Be aware that "breakfast" is honey buns and granola bars. Plan to walk to McD.
