Super 8 by Wyndham Seville

I was very disappointed in the breakfast, it was literally just some packaged pastries, and apple juice. It’s called breakfast “on the go.” I typically book hotels that include reasonable breakfasts so this was disappointing

The room was decent for me to stay to sleep for a long trip.

Every staff member I encountered in person and over the phone were extremely rude. They sent an email for me to do my check in ahead and then charged the hold on my card again when I called and talked to the assistant manager for them to fix it she was extremely rude and told me don’t ever do the pre check in that’s why you got charged you did it to yourself. I called back a few days later to check up on my refund and the same manager was again extremely rude.

This was our second stay at this particular hotel. We needed a handicap assessable room for my husband who is blind, and we got the same one. The only thing that I noticed that could be a problem to some people was the quality of the towels and bedsheet. Some of the towels were thin and worn. Our top bedsheet had quite a few areas that were very thin. If you put your foot in the right place, you could push your toes through. I was very surprised at this. The pillows and the mattress were very comfortable . I could hear the conversation in the room next-door because of the thin walls. Overall, our stay was good.

The bed had little bed bugs in bed. They were dead.

No continental breakfast, bed was horribly lumpy and uncomfortable. Had to ask for towels and wash clothes. Key cards didn't always work. The front desk lady got a little grumpy when we asked for a roller cot for our granddaughter to sleep on and a sheet for the bed!

Awesome staff and facility

Staff was lovely and welcoming even at 11pm! The fridge/freezer & microwave worked well. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.

Smelled like manure outside, smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallway, breakfast was just packaged stuff, coffee wasn’t great, shower needed an update

The location was convenient, right off the highway with gas and food right there. The room was ok, however, it was very noisy. Doors slamming at all hours, a dog barking across the hall (even though there was a no dog policy), a loud alarm went off at 2:30am one night for a few minutes, there was always some noise at night when trying to sleep. Worst of all was the $2600 hold on my credit card for a $260 total stay, absolutely absurd and I was never told there would be that much of a hold. 4 days after check out and it still hasn't dropped off. Not the worst place ever but could certainly have found somewhere better for a similar price.

It was comfortable and clean. We had a handicap assessable room. One thing I would suggest my husband is legally blind, And in the bathroom, the sign by the phone wasn’t very big and I’m sure someone with no eyesight would really have a hard time if they had an accident in there and had to call the desk. Just a suggestion. At 1:30 in the morning, the fire alarm went off I looked outside in the hall. Nobody else was moving. I didn’t smell any smoke or anything so I didn’t do anything. The alarm did finally go off But there was never any notification from staff that their had been a problem. To some people that could’ve been scary. A phone call to the room could have been made because the alarm would have everybody awake. Again, just a suggestion.

The "Breakfast " was an iced coffee roll, EVERY day. Or an apple and hot tea or coffee. No juice. Put towels out for new ones...took towels got none in return. When asked for a set, got two hand towels and two wash cloths. Won't be back.
