No one at front desk to give me a receipt

Bed Spread, blanket and hand towels all had blood stains. No one would answer phone at the front desk. Finally at 3am I drove to the front desk and got clean ones. Paid $150 for a room with a jetted tub and couldn't use is cuz the drain plug did not keep the water in...Also the GM was no help and real unproffesional

Friendliness of staff. Speedy checkin. Clean rooms.

The bed was comfortable. There were a few ant looking bugs in the shower. The room was great other than that and the heater didn't get hot at all.

I was surprised at how clean and comfortable this room was. Great value.

Roaches

Great food within walking distance, very helpful staff. I wish there had been a non smoking room available, I'm from Michigan where all rooms are non smoking, I need to wash everything that was in that room.

This is a decent hotel and a convenient location. No unpleasant surprises but it's a bit noisy because it is pretty close to I-30. Great Thai restaurant right next door and other places to eat are nearby.

Our stay was necessary. We were still far from home and needed rest. We unpacked and then went to get a sandwich for supper. Returning to the room for sleep only to pull back the covers and find dirty sheets. Ugh! The only choice we had was to pack up and move to a different room. Now in hopes to relax we had to ask the manager for help with the TV. Oh so tired.
