Super 8 by Wyndham Mt. Pleasant TX

When I arrived to check in I was unable to check in because Hotels.com did not release the funds I had paid them! Two calls to the Hotel.com help line went unanswered, the motel clerk and I could never get a human to talk to!

Decent place to stay for a reasonable price

The hotel is older, so could use some updating. The Thai restaurant next door was excellent. The room we stayed in was dusty and a few tiny bugs in the bathtub, like it wasn't used for awhile. Loved the hot tub in the room and the round bed. The bed was soft and comfy. The room was quiet and felt safe in the area. The breakfast is just some breakfast bars; nothing sustainable.

When we got there to check in at 3 PM on Saturday there were no NON-SMOKING downstairs room that were clean. We told the lady that we'd be back later. There were still none available when we returned about 8 PM, then was told, that the cleaning crew didn't want to clean any more rooms. My husband and I both had knee replacement and stairs are hard, especially the stairs here. The carpet was nasty, the coffee pot had old coffee pods left in it, and the toilet leaked when flushed. We had to leave due to an emergency back home, and then was told, we'd probably NOT get a refund for Sunday Night. I do not find any of this good customer service by any means.

Check in was easy..clerk friendly..room was decently comfortable..could have cleaned it better ..found some hair on bathroom counter n all over floor..i always carry lysol spray n wipes.so cleaned it up..ac worked great.no coffee pot..we had brought our own just in case..did have fridge n microwave...all in all good stay abd felt safe..

I mistakenly booked and I requested for a refund in 20mins after I booked but they refused and never gave me a refund. I will never book them anytime I go to TX. I will better sleep on the street than to book them. Sh!!!!!t

Very unclean. Doesn’t smell good, door didn’t lock, sheets har crumbs of food in them, microwave had dirty dishes inside it and the ac barely got cold. Biggest waste of $75

stay was fine but price is misleading on web site. but at ck in was higher, did not argue was tired from traveling.

Room was filthy

Teresa was so friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping came by in between which I really appreciated. Super quiet, well maintained and convenient access. It's an older facility with updated, modern amenities. My husband loved the room's ice cold AC!
