Staff wasnt friendly, door locked to lobby had to use small window and staff didnt rxplain where room was or tell me anything. No chain lock on door and furntiure very scratched up and walls too.

My husband and I booked our room in advance. We were to have a 1 KING instead got what felt like two full size beds. Which would have possibly been ok but the one bed the sheets were either dirty or stained. Bathroom dirty. Carpet was gross. The staff was unpleasant and couldn’t hear him through a window. Which by the way said lobby closed at 11pm. Checked in at 10pm. Lobby still locked at 8:30am. If you’re that scared of the public you’re in the wrong profession. Not impressed at all.

If you love sleeping with cockroaches, you will LOVE this hotel! They were literally EVERYWHERE! I killed as many as I could, shoved towels under all the doors, stripped the bedding and just tried to go to sleep with just a pillow. I woke up an hour later and they were crawling on me IN BED! I also asked for first floor as I have Parkinson's but was told I had to be on the second floor. I then simply asked for the closest room to the stairs knowing I would have a hard time getting my things to my room. He proceeded to put me in the LAST room on the upper level. The room FURTHEST from the stairs! If you're disabled, do NOT stay here!
