Super 8 by Wyndham Mt. Pleasant TX

Great place for the price.

Checked in rooms a/c was off to 2 hours at 3 till 5pm to cool off. Floors was stained and uneven under carpet. Tv had black line through screen. Fell asleep in recliner chair it had a bed bug in it i got bite 2 times which woke me up. Looked in beddings found 2 more in skirt around box springs. Bed was wrapped in zipper bags and heavy plastics under that. I went to take a shower and figure out what to do . No hot water. Not even near warm. It was 2:30 am i just rounded up my things and left to carry on with my travels. Please do better. I had to make a fast stop in your area. I wish i wouldn't have stayed here. The room was 223 . Thank you.

Very dirty

This place was not great. No breakfast, even though advertised. Stained towels and bedsheets. Had a BIG spider in the room. Many broken objects in the room (101) from door lock, light fixture, floor moulding, to the shower dripping. While I don't expect 5-star hotels service, this was not worth the GOUGED price that was charged for Solar Eclips.

They lost our reservation. But they were able to accommodate us.

Room was smelly, dirty. Found package of unused condoms wedged between the mattress and box spring.

The room smells, the tv didn’t work, there are cigarette stains on the sheets. I am in a room behind the main structure and do not feel safe. There is one very shabby blanket and the floor is disgusting. I am being generous in giving one star. This place is a dump

In the bathroom our light did not have a cover and it looked like someone took a sledgehammer to our door. The area itself seem unsafe

I was in a room, where the door lock was broken, bathtub didn’t work, tv didn’t work, Ac worked but the controls didn’t work so it was only one speed, one condition. I didn’t see at first that it was a smoking room and I tried to change it but was unable to. Every time I left the room, my card deactivated and it was inconvenient to have to walk to the office to be let in my room. When I left maids came in and made my bed, but did no cleaning, my bed was dirty from my socks, since the floor was dirty and never swept or mopped the 3 days I was there.
