Room wasn't clean had mold up ceiling, broken tiles, and room down hall city posted no occupancy till expecting is done

Close to where I needed to be the next morning.

The bathroom was very dirty and stained and the floor was very dirty so I had to put towels down to walk. Bed spread was blood stained.

TY Our electric went out and we stayed at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. This morning the breakfast was very good as well. Thank you very much for your friendly service and if our electric goes out again we will see you then.

We didn't stay there they are giving out money back and it's a roach motel and mold

the room had a musty odor. It also had a number of repairs, repaints poorly done. The bathroom in the main hall near check in was dirty

The front desk lady was rude is the nicest way to put it. She has no personality, no smile, nothing nice to say. She needs to flip burgers somewhere where there is little to no human interaction involved. Her energy sucks the air out of the room when she enters. I felt evil surrounding her. I hope I never encounter her again unless she gets Jesus...

The entire building had a strong odor of "weed" the entire time we were there. The floor in our room was nasty. The bathroom had a lot of hard, dried paint or caulking in the sink. General repair work that had been done to the room was terrible quality. Trains ran within 50 yards of our room. This is a very low quality motel.

Absolutely nothing

Full of homeless people they let stay here and randomly give task, that taught outside my room two nights in a row at 2 am. I have a 2 kids one is a baby. They were up all night because of it.

THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD! I DIDN'T SLEEP ALL NIGHT BECAUSE THE PEOPLE IN THE NEXT ROOM HAD THEIR TV SO LOUD I COULD HEAR IT PERFECTLY IN MY ROOM! THERE WERE NO PHONES IN THE ROOM TO CALL AND COMPLAIN TO THE FRONT DESK, FINALLY AT 4AM I GOT UP AND WENT DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK TO COMPLAIN FIRST COULDN'T FIND ANY BODY, WENT OUTSIDE CAME BACK IN FOUND THE WORKER AND TOLD HIM GAVE HIM THE ROOM NUMBER AND DID HE DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! WENT BACK UP TO MY ROOM TRIED TO LAY BACK DOWN, STILL TV SO DAMN LOUD! GOT READY PACKED MY STUFF UP WALKED OUT THE DOOR AND IT SMELLED SO BAD OF WEED I'M LIKE WTF!!! WENT DOWN WAS GOING TO MAYBE GRAB THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST YEAH OK NO FOOD LEFT OR EVEN MADE AT LIKE 7AM! I NEED A REFUND!!!
