No curtains in room on arrival, room smelled like mold could see water damage on walls and ceiling, rust in sink and around tub. When leaving heard another customer complaining about bed bugs

This place was horrible when we checked into are room it was not ready yet their was dried blood on the walls the sheets on the beds was dirty then when we got back from the pool which you couldn’t even see the bottom because it was dirty then we found bed bugs crawling on the curtains in are room

NASTY!! That's about all I've got to say.

I'm sorry to say that this stay was the worst hotel experience that we have ever had. The room was terrible! The curtains had holes in it, there were marks and patches all over the wall and ceilings, the bathroom was so dark that it looked like a prison, everything was filthy, there were people screaming and slamming doors all night, the A/C did not cool properly, the TV remote didn't even have a back on it and the room smelled musty and of stale cigarettes. At check in the gal at the front desk talked on her cell phone the entire time. Other staff were seen smoking at the entrances when we would come and go. Thankfully I guess for her, I had completed check in prior to arriving via the app. Unfortunately, this is the last time we will ever stay with your brand of hotels.

I had to wait an hour an 15 mins for them to clean my room that someone stayed in the night before. I checked in at 3 and finally got into my room at 4:17

Where do I begin….there were holes in the curtains, marks all over the walls, the walls are so thin you can hear the room next door’s tv blaring all night, there are no phones in the room to even call the front desk to complain, people were slamming doors and yelling in the halls all night, the bathroom was so dark we didn’t even use it to shower, the air conditioner did not cool properly, there were marks and stuff all over the floor, all of the fixtures were rusty, the room smelled musty and damp and the staff was on her cell phone the whole time she was checking me in.
