DUTCH INN AND SUITES

Only complaint is the pillows were hard and flat. Would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs Since no hot ones. No biggy though.

The employees are awseom very helpful!

Nice facility. Rooms neat. Bathroom clean. Appliances working. Nice mostly continental breakfast, but did have waffle maker

Friendly staff and very clean property and room was great. Bed was very comfortable and parking was fine.

It was quiet, comfortable, clean. The sofa/suite area should have more lighting. Only the natural light from the window lit the area.

Mattress could use an upgrade—had a big dip with a hump in the middle. The shower was great. Staff came in the room even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Not a bad price.

Needed to move check out date to Sunday 3/30 instead of Monday 3/31. Requested through booking.com as needed to be and hotel refused to honor request. Booking.com stated could change up till 3/27, which is when I requested change. Hotel management said they'd have to pay fee to approve change and refused to do so. Had to pay over $100 more due to them not wanting to approve change request. Also staff were rude and watched impatiently as family ate breakfast even though it was before 9 am. Staff also cleaned rooms when had do no disturb sign posted. Overall staff were rude and lost many repeat customers this trip. I will not be staying there ever again.
