Quiet and safe

Check in was great. Room is very clean.

Very very clean!! I’ve been to Hilton and it was never as clean as Dutch Inn!

Need fluffier pillows

Basic, but very clean and restful with easy access to everything this little Dutch town has to offer. Good service. Oh, and Twinkies on the breakfast menu!

Breakfast could have been better

We were visiting Northwestern college and it was very close. Nice breakfast and adequate facilities.

Cleanliness was great. Encounter with desk check in person & 2 cleaning associates created a good experience. They were cordial, smiled, respectful & made me feel like they appreciated us being there. The hotel is older & needs some minor updates but overall a decent hotel especially compared to other recent stays we have had at major chain hotels. They are in need of a larger breakfast area & more complete food options. Very limited selection & only a couple tables for guests to eat breakfast on. The best takeaway I can say is that the cleanliness of this hotel was better than a recent Royal Caribbean cruise we were on & the hotels we have stayed at over the past 5yrs or so. The hotel was full due to a festival in the town & the associates were friendly & approachable. Due to the age of the hotel there were minor bathroom updates needed but the fixtures were exceptionally clean. The beds were fine with pillow options. The carpet in our room was in good shape & clean. The hallway carpet appeared like quality carpet but perhaps older & needing an update. My cleanliness standards are extremely high & this hotel delivered.
