"Charged twice but they fixed it"

Nice staff , was charged twice and they fixed it let's hope it goes to my bank in reversals. They are remodeling and everything is going to look awesome when they are finished because what they have did looks great. I totally approve the carpet is beautiful I love it.

Bring charged twice and having to go through the process of getting it back in reversals It was a hassle I've stayed there many times and I believe this is the third time it attack has happened to me so I hope whatever the problem is they get that fixed because I can't be the only one that's happening to so I do feel bad about that but other than that everything was great We had a good time staying in the area I love it and Grayson.

Our room was filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Standing dirt all over the bathroom floor, hair in the tub, sink filthy, grease all over the wall under the TV. Receptionist assured us she would make sure it was cleaned while we were gone and it wasn't touched. And we were charged $622 for 2 nights at this hole. Not only that, we currently have SIX charges on our credit card for that amount because they couldn't figure out how to get us checked in.

Horrible smeels so bad sheets and blankets has stains all over i rarely do reviews but let me tell ya it was so bad i just slept in my truck do not stay here unless you like nasty fumunder smells holes in walls a creepy maint guy that walks the halls when everyone is sleeping stay away

The thick older walls of this hotel made for a quiet room. The shower had excellent water pressure. There was lots to choose from for breakfast. After the renovations are complete this should be a really nice place to stay.

"Absolutely no security"

No breakfast to speak of...some pastries and waffle..one day no coffee

That the place was under reconstruction. Would have been nice to know before hand. Hope it works out...because it needs it
