They were only one mirror in the room and that one was in the bathroom. Which is good. But no full length mirror.

Extremely dirty and unkempt. They attempted to update rooms, done half-assed. They didn't even tape off the trim when they painted. TV didn't work. Halls and stairs were FILTHY. Horribly price gouged for event.

Didnt have free breakfast like site says. Ac didnt work. Waited on maintenence for 2 days. Never showed. Had to change rooms after midnight. Not enough towels, wash cloths, or pillows for 2 people. Asked for a broom to sweep the dirty floor in our room and was informed they didnt have a broom. Staff was friendly. Bed was clean, shower was clean. It was ok to sleep and shower there.

Hotel refused to honor early check in that was pre-paid and refused early check in to Wyndham Rewards members. Appears the hotel is currently being renovated. Stains on carpet, equipment sitting around, bathrooms/rooms out of order. Room was clean but not stocked. Had to provide photo ID and room key to receive towels. Coffee bar covered with flies. Housekeeping gentleman was very nice. Only 3 channels worked on TV. Overall, should be a good place once renovations are complete.

Elevators are need so guests with mobility issues do not struggle getting to the second floor. The shower was broken, the sheets had stains, the pillows were lumpy and after taking a shower and walking around in the room I had to rewash my feet because they were visibly dirty. Are the floors ever swept and mopped?
