I booked through you, but when checking out they charged my card again! And said they were crediting it. We'll a week later no credit. And tried calling them just keep getting the recording. Would like to see my credit to my card

Requested bottom floor as wife is disabled and has difficulty climbing stairs.We were given room on 2nd floor and told nothing else available.Stairs and hallway were filthy and housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning rooms.Room had comfortable beds with clean sheets room just needed cleaned better
