Rodeway Inn Richland - Jackson South

Tenant wasn’t there to check me, and didn’t answer the phone for 2 hours so I could let them know I was going to be a late check in, had to sleep in the parking lot

Room was clean and recently updated. Don’t count on breakfast. Nothing was out and when I asked the front desk they handed me a gallon of milk and a mini muffin. Then pointed to cold cereal dispenser.

The room and bathroom were very run down and in deplorable condition. The bedding was very thin as it was a cold night. We got an extra blanket, but it was very thin and I didn't know if it was clean. Location was so loud, the sound of cars and trucks kept me awake all night. We were traveling so we didn't know this area at all. We will never stay there again.

The bed sounded like it was set up on metal barrels. Outlets were missing and some plugs did not work.

The room was clean with an updated bathroom.

Dirty bed linen, dirty pillow cases, hair in the bed, dirty tub, door didn't lock, heat didn't heat the room

Advertised breakfast. There was coffee and two hard-boiled eggs. But that was not why we stayed here. 

Decent for a quick stop but the specific room I was in was very dirty. Bed was clean but everything else was disgusting

The rate was low for 2 rooms. I didn't see any roaches or bedbugs. The rooms didn't have a bad smell. They both seemed to have fresh paint and brand new bedding. The rooms were decent for a quick sleep between drives on a long trip.

The rooms were tidy, but not necessarily the cleanest. In one of the rooms, we could see light coming in from between the door and the frame. It seemed like the door wasn't closed all of the way. Also, there was about a one foot diameter water spot on the ceiling with a rotten center peeling above the door. The other room had horrible mattresses that you could feel the springs through.
