"I can do it in one word, horrible!"

the ac worked good

everything. parking lot has holes and is treacherous. the staff is rude and charges a dollar for card replacement. zero room service

I always check a room for bedbugs before unpacking; There were no bedbugs...

There were dead bugs and old food behind the mattress and under the bed.

there was a few things that I wasn’t happy with. the bathroom floor had standing water in it and the light fixture in the bathroom was dripping water all night and I couldn’t sleep. when I asked to move rooms I had to wait for them to inspect the problem as if I was lying. then they put me in the room next door and I could still hear the noise from the other room
