The hotel is clean and the rooms are as well. Minor things need to be fixed but that is to be expected with wear and tear

It definitely wasn’t clean and up-to-date at all. The day after the snowfall was no snow shoveled around any of the doors or the parking lot.

It wasn’t clean or up-to-date anywhere around the facility. It’s no two days before and no snow shoveled in the parking lot or around any of the doors or entrances. Hard to maneuver with luggage.

Breakfast was the cheapest produce and coffee unflavorfull. The dining area could have been cleaned between visitors better.

Water pressure in the shower.

The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. The second room smelled fine, but had clearly not been vacuumed thoroughly, like most of the hallways. Exposed wires on the hair dryer plug. Had 2 different remotes and neither worked to turn the TV on and off. The bathroom was very dark, small, and the fan did not work. No Kleenex in the box. After housekeeping came and added towels and shampoo, still no Kleenex. The back door to the hotel was rarely locked shut, so no key card needed to get in. The staff was hard to understand and didn't seem to care anyway. They also slide a $9 service charge under the door on the last day. I have no idea what service they think they provided.

We had to change hotels late at night due to NO WATER! We were not informed by anyone! We were told there would be no water until late tomorrow AFTER we asked at the front desk. They made arrangements at another hotel which was 20 minutes away and far less quality—no coffee pot in the room! Better treatment of customers would have been most appreciated!

Room was as expected.

Photos of property showed a hot tub. That was the reason I chose this hotel. Was disappointed. I would have chosen a different hotel with a functioning hot tub.

Clean room and friendly staff.
