Comfort Inn Lees Summit - Hwy 50 & Hwy 291

King Bed felt like we were laying on the springs. When I asked for another room the desk implied I would have to pay an up charge. Ice machines were out of order, 3 of the 6 washer and dryers were out of order. The morning we left I had to wait 15 mins before someone came to the desk so I could get a receipt. Had to ask the kitchen lady where the desk person was, said in the bathroom. I continued to wait another 5 mins. Why is there only 1 person working the entire establishment. Will not go back. Also we are reward members and every time I ask about rewards they say we are not signed up.

good location and decent breakfast

holes in sheets and towels, very dusty, no fan in the bathroom for showers, burnt out light bulb in the nightstand lamp. there was also a brown/red stain on a comforter. it was very very dark in the rooms in general. the few lamps around did not give off much light.

Sink stopper stuck in closed position. Toilet not comfort height. Light in desk blinked off, would turn back on and then flick back off Nightstand plug-in didn't work

Free breakfast, self service. Food was OK.

Nothing that I didn't like. I got what I paid for. Can't ask for any more than that.
