The Breakfast was more of a snack bar with bare minimum Selection. Room seemed slightly in disrepair. Tub wouldn't drain properly.

The hotel was decent and it met my expectations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was busy both mornings, but staff did a pretty good job of making sure items were stocked. I felt like the bathroom showed its age a little (on the darker side, no exhaust fan, no stopper in the sink), but otherwise we had a nice stay.

"Décevant. Isolation nulle."

Il refuse de nous mettre à l' étage malgré notre insistance. Il est à peine poli. Il nous fait payer 3$ de + que le tarif booking ! L' isolation est nulle, le plafond tremble sous les pas d éléphants des voisins du dessus (ce que nous redoutions), le fauteuil était tout cassé, et on entendait les conversations des voisins. Derrière la TV il y avait une tonne de poussières et les rideaux étaient très sales.

Hot tub apparently not working. Pool temperature too cold to use. Maintenance of room as well as modernizing facilities needs some work. Desk clerk when I checked in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

"Wish it was better."

Location

Our Mon smoking room was horribly smoke saturated. We struggled to be in the room but the hotel was booked and we were told there was no other option. We had an advanced reservation and thus is not what we were promised.
