"Will never stay here again"

Location

Tub didn’t drain while taking a shower Tub drain has black spots all over it. DRIED BLOOD OR FECES ON COMFORTER Female working Saturday between 8:30 and 9:00 am Sept 27, 2025, was on her cell phone with EarPods taking to someone in her first language and made me wait at the counter until she was finished (about 5 minutes). Asked about talking with a manger to get some type of refund for tub and comforter. She said she couldn’t speak to a manager until Monday morning. Other hotels that I’ve stayed at always had a manger on duty or that could/would take calls on weekends. This hotel desperately needs to have a better manager or a manager on site!

When I got to my room they were still vacuuming. The woman let me in andleft. I wrnt to use the bathroom. The dink wS dirty wit hair in it, there was firt in the bathtub and on the floor.

Very long check in. Couldn’t check in two rooms at once. An extra charge was assessed when paid “all tax and fees included”. Very musty smelling room.
