The entire building smelled. The breakfast was the same every day for 3 days. For the price, I was disappointed with the value. Pricewise, this property was competing with nearby competing properties which had better facilities.

Humidity in the building was not well controlled. This made it difficult for swim suit and swim shirt to dry, and also made the room muggy.
USFirm beds, 4 soft pillows on each. Breakfast had waffles, yogurt, cereal, chocolate milk, juice & more. The coffee was really tasty. Everyone on staff was friendly & always saying hello when you passed. Near south hill downtown. Quiet and clean. Loved it!
I wish I remembered the woman’s name that checked me in because she was amazing. It was late at night and there was a man that showed up and was on his phone talking loudly and very vulgar. The woman told the man in a very polite and professional way to please refrain from such language. The man was rude and he seemed very sketchy. The woman handled the situation well and was able to get the man to leave without the situation escalating. The woman also made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She is one of the best customer service people I have ever had the pleasure of getting helped by. She deserves a raise! The hotel was nice enough, but it definitely could use some updates.
