KEEPING SMOKING OUT OF THE BUILDING PLEASE. DRESSER DRAWS WERE DIRTY & CHAIR WAS DIRTY
Booked a room on Expedia, but when we got to the hotel, they were out of rooms. Phones have not worked tried calling the number dozen times in ringing. Still haven’t received a refund due to them not having a room.
The building is right next to free way and if you end up in a room with not very good sound proofing you might be bothered by traffic noise at night. Having said that it is a small town motel, with nice staff and decent amenities. The rooms are big and spacious. Stayed there for a night would suggest if you need to spend a night while traveling.
The staff were friendly and took very good care of us. We had a small issue with the first room we were placed in and they resolved it for us immediately!
USThe sheets seems to be clean and the room was reasonably wiped down but many places were missed. The room was smelly. It’s a bit run down. The elevator was disgusting - sticky and smelly. Many Comfort Inns are much better than this one. Wouldn’t stay here again especially for the price.
USOur room was not what I thought it would be. The bed was to small for a queen size. The bathroom wasn't the best. A little paint job wouldn't hurt. I was very disappointed
