There was trash on the floor beside the bed that the maid must have missed. Soda cans and candy wrappers etc.
there where questionable stains on our bed and the first floor room we stayed on had no privacy/blackout window curtains, people could see into our first floor room and it was impossible to block out the parking lot lights i can’t forget to mention how bad our room smelled, almost like a full gallon of strong disinfectant was poured throughout the room. IKD how I’m supposed to fall asleep when I can see everything in our parking lot
It was a short overnight trip- it was the right place- no noise, away from main road, clean, excellent service.
This is our second stay here. The staff are fantastic and our only issue is out of the control of the staff. We were reminded of the no smoking policy only to enter a hallway that smelled like cigarettes and an elevator that reeked of marijuana. Upon our return from dinner, air fresher had been sprayed which made it slightly better.
