This was an amazing stay. Very nice and friendly staff. Very helpful with everything as I am in a wheelchair. Morning Breakfast always full and well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. I had no issues with this stay. Highly recommended.
USWr have family in south hill va so we come an visit for a few days I had a great time with the family an your hotel was great itwas comfortable, relaxing, clean quiet so the only thing I had to do was relax at the hotel it what I needed after time with grandkids I will be staying again next time we visit family thanks for all yall do its very much appreciated I'm a disable vet
Lock on 1st floor exterior door didn't lock.
It was a little concerning that the elevator door seemed to continually get stuck before closing. There was hole in the curtain that looked burned in. There was a stain on the duvet that looked like old blood. Everything seemed clean, just a little damaged.
USRooms, friendly helpful staff
We were there June 6th to June 9th, we stayed an extra day, and no one came in to clean our rooms, while we were out. I was aware to ask for what we needed and I did from the staff on the floor and I gave him the trash also. The phone didn't work but we had our phones. Iron had sticky stuff on it couldn't ask for another one cause I didn't want to be late for my event. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

USMy check in was greet, Britney made arrangements for me to check in early, since my companion was feeling well, I had to go see my sister who was about to have brain surgery....So I was already stressed and upset , she made everything fabulous.,... South Hill is my hometown... So I always look forward to a visit
