The location

The bed was to hard. No breakfast like it says. Had to wait 30 mins at the front desk to check in because the lady was in the shower. First room I checked into smelled like weed has to change rooms and the second room I got the door didnt latch.

It saved me from driving 2 hours out of my way to go back home, while traveling for work.

I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk when I arrived at approximately 7pm. My room was ice cold - like frigid. I turned on the heat and just got in bed, under the covers. The mattress was awful - like thin, lumpy and no support. When I woke up, a couple of hours later, I realized there must have been dust or mold in the HVAC unit, I was stuffed up and had a sore throat. At least the room was finally warm enough to take a shower - where I was greeted with lukewarm water, even after letting it run for more than 5 minutes. A quick glance at the breakfast area, it appeared that only cold cereal was offered. Given my overall experience, I just went to the Kwik Trip up the street.

Beds are not comfortable

It was nice and clean and the woman at the desk was friendly and welcoming.

Not much, actually. The shower head was only okay.

Location was the only good thing

No one behind the desk. Had to call a number to be told that she would have the man give me a key and she would take the payment when she arrived. The man was sitting in the lobby staring at the wall. I went to the lobby later and he was still sitting staring at the wall. Very creepy. Room was cold took forever to warm up. Bathroom never got warm. Bed was awful

Shampoo

No one at the desk for check in, or when wanted to leave. Have a bell on the desk with a button to push and a sign. If pushed no one answered anyway. Another guest who stayed there before came by and said that the bell don't work, she picked up the phone on the counter and called the hotel itself. Left it ring for quite a period of time, then redialed after several more rings a lady came out.

Nothing

Breakfast was a box of donuts they bought the night before and left out all night to get stale. Doors didn't have bolt latches. Security cameras were disabled, and generic diy security systems were placed all around - that lead to peoples individual rooms, the staff was non existent and couldn't be found anywhere. Sheets had cigarette burns all through them, holes, tears, everything in the rooms were unplugged

The breakfast was a joke. There was bread, a banana, and water. There were a few crackers, but that was it. I would not have considered what was offered a breakfast or a meal for that matter.

The bathroom floor was dirty. I put towels down not to walk on it. They charged an extra $20 for an extended stay which comes out to $30 since I over paid for the room on a Sunday. The TV wasn't working when I called the desk and the lady was trying to fix it. I was able to get it to come on by unplugging the cord and plugging it back in. It wouldn't work in the morning.
