AmeriVu Inn and Suites - Stanley

At first staff was pleasant. No problems first night we got in late but beds uncomfortable. Woke up to worthless kerig couldn't make coffee. Their breakfast was a complete joke. Came back after a series of greenhouse visits wet and cold. To find heater did not work. But there was a space heater in the room. TV did not work. She spent an hour and a half trying to get it to work at that time she offered us a new room upststairs. I am partially handicapped and was not about to drag our stuff upstairs At the same time police were called about a man in hallway trying to get into a room. Intoxicated on something. About 10 the thimping and banging started like he was ripping furniture apart I called and she was snotty to me. 20 minutes later I called again and she said he didn't answer the phone. I then lost it on her and said either quiet them down or she would be refunding the night. She said I will not refund you I can move you upstairs. This was 130 am I am 67 and partially handicapped. You know the old saying you get what you pay for. BELIEVE IT.

Needed a place to stop and sleep. This was fine. Just took a while to check in

Nice and quiet beyond helpful,

We needed a stop to get us from point A to point B. It fit the bill perfectly. Clean room, good parking, continental breakfast was good enough, easy access.

Door didn't lock properly. There was a clear plastic bag covering the smoke alarm.

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND! the room was very cold. I told them constantly. I have my sons with me, toilet was stopped up. Extremely cold heat not kicking in working etc. I checked in at 7. Left at 11:30! Horrible service. Horrible place.

Place was absolutely disgusting. Holes in bedding and couch in the room too!

Was very clean!
