This place is terrible!! Roaches galore, unfriendly staff!! Hookers and drug dealers. Do yourself a favor!! Do not stay here

Very nice room for the price

It’s not the easiest to access

Rude staff roon was less than clean bedding had cigarette burns in sheets as well as covers. Had to pay extra for my dog and that was fine until I was informed that I had to put an extra deposit of $40 as well. I don't mind paying extra fees but I do believe I should have been told about them when I booked the room after having been told the reservation was non refundable

I like nothing about this hotel I booked a room and was charged for it the refused to help with the situation and I lost out on money

The staff and managers are not helpful. I will never again book with this hotel or others in their chain

One piece of toast for everyone for breakfast and hardly anything else. Had to ask for orange juice. Asked for more bread and told would get some but never did. Pot of coffee tasted like day old.

I have stayed in a fair share of poor hotels but this one is the definition of Roach hotel. Poor condition, roaches in room over all property is sketchy. I wouldn’t stay here, Travelocity should pull this off of their list of offerings.

The bed was hard, the toilet was very low, they asked for a deposit, and it was not mentioned in the reservation or on the website. Also, no refunds ? Also, the outlets need to be replaced they are all worn-out and loose, the plugs fall out and hang out

The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast. Being a vegan there was nothing I could eat. Did have any non-dairy milk for cereal or tea.
