Quiet and peaceful, but easy access to groceries dinning and general shopping. Staff was friendly and polite

Great stay. Clean room. Quiet.

I booked this stay for my husband and son on line and when they got there first of all I used the wrong date on line so would not refund or exchange for proper date. My son said it was a good thing because the place was 'inner city ghetto' trash in parking lot and the lobby was questionable. He said they were glad to not have to stay!

The floor in our room was disgusting, it made our socks black. The toilet seat was loose, and there was no plug for a bath for our young children. Other guests were loud super late and starting at aboug 5 am. A lot of traffic noise too. The beds were super uncomfortable and none of us slept very well. Not at all pleasant.

They've renovated the rooms.

It is 5 minutes from the location of my assignment. The Staff Respect privacy. Housekeeping is very poor. I bring my own cleaning supplies and laundry which made the stay more pleasant.

The television did not work upon arrival, the bathroom faucet leaked when hot water was delivered, and the toilet seat was about to come off the toilet. I advised the staff of these circumstances, and a staff member brought a special controller to re-program the television, but the other two flaws were not addressed.
