old dirty comforter, bed was worn out and the whole place smelled like pot.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was clean and beds were comfy.

We have stayed in the past and had good service but not this time. The sheets were never changed and we were there 4 days. Trash emptied only twice! Floors and carpet were dirty. On the 3rd day our used towels were removed but not replaced but the tip was taken! When I let the man at the desk know. He gave me clean towels but said no one was available to change the sheets. There was no apology.

The parking lot could use some work.

It was advertised that they had a pool. Was never disclosed to us that the pool was not in operation. The girl.at the counter was pretty rude about it as well. The room had no hangers in it for.our clothes. When I went to the desk and asked for some hangers I was also presented with an attitude. The corners in the room were filthy dirty. The entry to the building had something spilled on the tile which was never cleaned up. It was supposed to be free breakfast but all the had to drink was coffee. The juice machine was not working and they did not supplement it with anything else. So for people that don't drink coffee this is a problem.

Our first room (night 1), the shower was broken and we couldn’t shower. The front desk did not show compassion for it. The hotel was booked full. The next morning we transferred rooms across the hall- moved our things and had somewhere to be. Got back (night 2) went to shower and the tub is dirty. The window in the room wouldn’t fully close.

Beds were terrible. Soon as you laid in it the middle caved in. AC unit cover was broken and kept falling off. No pool available.
