"Wait 30 to 35 minutes to get your deposit back while you're sitting in the office with four other customers waiting"

The size of the room with the dirty and frayed carpet.

Staff are amongst the most non-hospitable people I've ever met in my life. And one day they can be very nice and the next day they can be discriminating against you telling me that you cannot rent there the power tripper was small bent minds.
