Rose Garden Inn - San Jose Airport

The front desk lady was very rude. Had an online reservation and paid for the room. When arrived, she shouted and refused to honor my paid reservation and told me don’t have a room and there’s nothing she can do about it. Had to book a room another hotel @ Casa Royal down the street. Doing all this took about 2 hours. A bad experience!

Bad and unprofessional front desk staff.

The staff was great. The woman that checked me in was friendly and personable. And then tmthey pretty much left me alone which is great for me.

At the time I stayed there there was no hot water. It was being repaired so im sure its not always like that. And I dont like that they do not allow pets. The newly renovated rooms with the performance make pet stays doable, yet still not allowed. Thats the only reason I wont go back.

The guy that works there is rude. I didn't like his attitude. It was homeless in the parking lot living there.
