The property is kept clean but was sirprised by the cash deposit required that was not mentioned when I booked the stay. I was required to provide $100 cash in order to check in.

There’s a lot of scope for improvement and can’t recommend anyone to stay here as they don’t even have basic amenities to provide. Bed and blankets were not at all clean and they have hairs and holes in it.

The front desk associate was friendly and talkative. The room was way nicer than expected and the Jacuzzi was much appreciated after a long day.

There is no free continental breakfast. There was only juice, barely any coffee and muffins. However there is a waffle house and McDonalds within a quick walking distance.

Night manager at check in wasn’t very nice. Pictures made the hot tub look very large and nice, however it wasn’t. No coffee pot in room, no clock in room. Breakfast consisted of mini muffins, coffee, juice. The coffee pot wasn’t refilled, and juice machine was shut off early

Not the cleanliness of properties, although I did see a cleaning lady mopping the lobby upon checkout time. The room was dirty, jetted tub was not clean and the “breakfast included” consisted of only muffins left out in a tray. We did not expect a 4/5 star hotel by the photos obviously but we did expect it to be clean in the very least. Roughed it out for the night because property is a non refundable and we were exhausted from driving all day. Do not recommend. Crowd outside was sketchy and property was not up to par to even the photos provided by the location.

Not a very good place to stay. They say they offer breakfast but had two tired muffins, coffee with no sugar or creamer and nothing else to offer. Room was dirty tried to get some money back, but they refused
