There was nothing to like about this facility at all.

The smell of the rooms were so bad I threw up twice. I changed rooms 3 times. It was awful. The staff was not helpful at all. They acted like they didnt even see you standing there waiting for assistance. The ac was blowing out the most foul smell ever.

Renovation going on the whole floor was open I can't sleep for 3 days noise from everyday

They should have close reservation for few days really sad can't sleep for 3 night.

The place was clean and quiet, I really appreciated all the artwork placed throughout the hotel--they were all beautful photos of Chicago (see attached photos), and I am a fan of Chicago architecture. I truly enjoyed my stay. I was a little sad to leave!!
