I really enjoy the comforts of staying in your handicap room with the walk in shower. I have a difficult time lifting my legs very high and the walk in shower is perfect. Your staff are always helpful and kind.

Everything was wonderful.

Have stayed there previously. Feel comfortable to spend the night there.

We needed a place to stay the night on our way home. Most hotels were sold out. This met our needs

The area

The hotel didn't know it was a home for people didn't sleep people partying next door was not sanitary ghettoish not a good choice for us

The hotel was available and very conveniently located. We were able to check in quickly and get to other activities. Local restaurants and stores were very close.

The mattresses were thin and the bedding was VERY worn. The carpets were very dirty. Our room had a BULLET HOLE that went from the room, through the shower and through the door. It had been patched poorly.

The only good part about the stay was how friendly the staff was when I checked in. They were very kind and welcoming.

The bathroom sink not cleaned! The breakfast was minimal, and the coffee was terrible! It was so watered down and we notified the staff about this and he said he has a fresh pot coming out. So, we waited for the next batch, which was just as watered down as the first. I mean you could barely even taste the coffee over the water and the color was mostly clear. You shouldn't be able to see through coffee at all. Also, the room lighting was terrible. Small lamps barely give enough light to read or anything. And the bed was not comfortable at all! It might have been okay if there were better/more pillows on each bed. Two tiny flat pillows are not enough to sleep well, especially if sharing a bed with someone. The hot tub was empty, too, so we couldn't even enjoy that! Besides all these things, I was WAAAAY overcharged for the two nights I stayed there. I wouldn't have minded the amount I paid if all of these issues hadn't been present. I don't like to complain, but almost $300 for two nights that weren't even relaxing AND having to pay more for coffee from somewhere else, is VERY FRUSTRATING! On top of all of this, we were stuck next door to screaming kids and yelling all night, which I know the hotel is not to blame for this, but it made an already rough experience that much worse.
