It could have been more clean and cockroach free. They were on the microwave and I seen them wanting to crawl in my luggage and I had my 2 daughters my 10 year old and my 5 month old. So gross. The office employee kept asking if we took any food in there or break fast and kept making faces like if were lying even if i showed the picture. Looking got a reason to blame us and i kindly ask for a full refund or partial and she kept saying no and then she said a little discount which was 20 dollars that made no difference. I had to make sure to get everything out of my su it ade and clean it and make sure I’m not taking any roach to my home.

To have my card ran and money kept when I never signed or stepped on property. Already tried asking for refund so do the right thing and return my money

Smelled. Bed was hard as a rock. Stained carpet in hallways. Ad said jacuzzi when we got there they said it had been closed down for over a year. Control panel to a/c fell off. There was things floating on the surface of the indoor pool.

The location was easy to find, and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was mediocre. The hot tub in the pool area was drained and closed, for a long time from its looks. The room was smaller than expected; we thought there would be a couch, but there were only the two beds.
