Travelodge by Wyndham Yampa

It worked for what I needed. Bed, warm shower! Yes you do check in at the diner and do not ask to check in early! Only place in town. Did not have a coffee maker, was counting on some hot water to make hot chocolate while hunting, oh well. Did have microwave. Building in decent shape. Fair price considering would have cost more for an Airbnb.

Nothing against the hotel staff; they were great. I reserved my stay with Expedia and paid for it. I’ve been charged again by the moronic f**kups at Wyndham Hotels. I fail to understand why my credit card was charged again for the reservation. F**k Wyndham, f**k the people who pretend to work there, and f**k everyone who has anything to do with Wyndham. Do you hear me Wyndham? You run a terrible organization of dolts and imbeciles. F**k you.

Met our needs for a warm shower and warm bed. Missed having a coffee pot in the room, but the 24 hr dinner was always ready to serve.

Great place, will stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable.

No breakfast option. The price we paid was probably twice what it should have been.

The hotel was quiet, clean and spacious. The handicapped accessible room was great for my husband’s needs. Our only difficulty was there was no restaurant in town operating at the time of our visit so the nearest place was 17 miles away. This isn’t the hotels issue but had we known we would have made other arrangements.

Had a decent 24 hour diner.Team was friendly. The bed was solid.

Price! I guess because of the remoteness and size / population of Yampa, they can charge whatever they want.

This hotel wasn't bad, but it was certainly unique. It was in Yarma, CO, which I'd guess has a population of less than a thousand. I rode towards the "business district". The road was paved going in, but turned to dirt in the business district. There was a Polly's Diner, and behind it was a building that looked like a hotel, but there was no Travelodge sign. I asked a guy working on the street where the Travelodge was, and he told me that you check in at Polly's Diner I did so, and the guy who checked me in gave me the lay of the land. I was in 214, and there was an elevator at the door nearest the diner. The room was very clean and just fine, although a little spartan. I didn't see any other guests until early the next morning. There was no coffee in the room and no complimentary breakfast; I guess that would have competed with the 24/7 business at Polly's Diner.
