This hotel had a wonderful breakfadt, excellent staff, and a clean, comfortable room! I absolutely will be staying here again! The only reason I give it 4/5 stars instead of 5/5 is because our bathroom has some caulking missing in the shower and a couple of cracks in the sink basin. Neither were a problem by any means, but it was just a small eyesore. If you're looking for a hotel in the Arvada area, definitely stay here!!

The breakfast was well done and offered a good variety of hot dishes as well as fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. Hreat coffee and tea. The pool is quite nice and well kept.

The hotel is right off the highway so it’s a tad noisy. Also, adjacent properties are empty/defunct hotels and business so the “ neighborhood” is a bit depressing…. Not one you would want to take a morning walk or run around. There is an adjacent Taco Bell and that’s it. The front desk staff was abysmal…had the personality of a door knob… didn’t smile, say hello or welcome us in any way (She was there all four days of our stay). It made a bad first impression. Our stay was acceptable and affordable, but nothing special.

I liked the thermostat options very much. Also liked the lack of noise from the mini frig and microwave. The breakfast menu options were excellent, and the 9:30 A.M. deadline instead of 9:00 A.M. was appreciated. The room was neat and very clean. We'll be repeat customers.

"OK for an overnight or to explore west of Denver"

Nice hotel for an overnight stay on the westside of Denver. Convenient to restaurants in Arvada and the Tennyson areas. Room was very quiet considering how close it is to I70. Other guests on conference calls in the hall, not so much.
