The hotel booked a room next to us with at least two dogs. I started to hear them cry and bark at 4pm. By 10pm, the dogs were still going at it. I called the front desk. The clerk acted surprised at my complaint, and then finally admitted that the dogs had been left in the room by some guests who had not returned.

Pet policy. Guests should not be allowed to leave pets in the room longer than 2-3 hours

The location was great. I liked that there was a fence around the hotel, it felt safe. The room was wonderful and clean. They let us have early check in which was very accommodating I appreciate that. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind, does his job fast and efficiently. I also liked that the parking was free something very rare now a days.

We went to get breakfast at 9:30 a.m. and it was closing when on this site it says 10 a.m. Thought that was a bit deceiving. The lady that was cleaning the breakfast area was rude about it and told us that the area was closed but did not say anything to another lady who walked in to get more food. Aside from this small instance it was very great!
